If you wish to know how many shares in VPE and options (VPEO) you are holding or have held, visit the VPE share registry site www.securitytransfer.com.au and go to “Investor Login”. Note you must know your SRN or HIN from your Share Registry statement or Broker to access your share holding information details – number of shares held, transaction history, etc.
If you wish to exercise any VPE options you may hold at any time up to 31 January 2010, you can download the VPE option exercise form, fill it out and send with your payment to the share registry. Alternatively, you can apply to the VPE share registry www.securitytransfer.com.au for your individualised form with BPAY option. If you exercise your options by BPAY, you do not need to send in an option exercise form. You may wish to consult your financial advisor before you exercise your VPE options. If you wish to notify the share registry of a change of address for your shareholding, please download, print and fill in the change of address form then mail the original to the share registry. Download the change of address form from here .
